 Hello there!

My name is Cici Chan. I worked as a marketing manager in a tech company for 9 years and now I'm a freelance. I want to share my experience in the e-commerce field with you guys. This is my first blog post and will continue to create useful content for e-commerce beginners about how to start an online business and make a profit.

During my career in the tech company, which is a great one, I have learned a lot there. Actually, I quit the job because I do really want to do something more freely therefore I got started to try to earn money online. I tried to write content for blogs. 

As you may already have known that many blogs accept guest posts. But how can you make money by writing posts? You can insert links in the post and charge the site a fee to help them build links. But in this way, it really takes time and can't bring much money to me. Then I tried to step into the e-commerce world and opened an online shop on Amazon. I noticed that I can sell dozens of products a month but sales are not as large as I expect them to be. 

Luckily, I heard of AliExpress dropshipping, which doesn't require an inventory and costs very small money to get started. I build my own website on Shopify and find a perfect product niche to sell on the site. In the dropshipping model, I have to find suppliers for my products so I choose to have one on AliExpress, which has a large number of suppliers from China. They sell cheap and high-quality products.

That saved me a lot of budgets.  Then orders swarmed into my shop and I found that it's time-consuming to manage many orders. So this time, it's necessary to have a third-party tool to help me manage not only orders but also scale my Shopify store. I search the dropshipping app in the Shopify app store then the first app that came to me is DSers. It has about 2000+ positive reviews that time in early 2020. Now it got 4800+ 5-star reviews. What I would like to say is that this tool is really helpful.

It's a tool that I ever used to grow my business and it does help me a lot. I hope I can share more details in my later posts and help you succeed in dropshipping business just like me.
